Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is pleased to offer an M.S. degree through Distance Education. Adhering to the same requirements and standards as the existing Master of Science (M.S.), this 3 year program is designed to allow dentists to obtain their M.S. degree from any location in the world. This course uses a combination of Interactive Web Environment, lectures on CD, and close interaction with faculty. Participants have 8 weeks of required meetings in Boston over the 3 year course. It is designed for dentists who want to further their education and have an interest in research but cannot be physically present in the Boston area full time. The present class will begin in September 2008 and is fully enrolled. The next class will begin in July 2011. Applications and course information will be available July 2010.
